- Cut grass regularly
- Cut back any trees that are protruding on your neighbors property
- Keep flowerbeds and lawn weed-free
- Rake leaves
- Power spray the exterior of the house & garage
- Apply a fresh coat of paint to the fence & deck
- During the winter months, keep walkways clear
