“In the late spring of 2005 my husband and I started looking to move out of our starter home. At the time we really didn't even know for sure what we wanted in our next home. “My relationship with Agatha started when I was looking to move from the South end of Edmonton to the North end. At the time I was 100% sure that I wanted to buy an apartment condo. I was 21 and moving out on my own and I wanted to move somewhere where I would feel safe. As I was waiting for the unit to be available and I was flipping through a Real Estate magazine and I saw a listing for a two bedroom townhouse in the north end area. I was immediately drawn to it, as it was well below the amount I was going to spend for the apartment condo.
